Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower (1 ½ pounds)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Organic Turmeric Twist Daily Blend 1.8 oz.
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Parsley Leaf Flakes 0.24 oz.
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Table Grind Sea Salt 4.23 oz.
Directions
- Remove leaves and core cauliflower. Cut into smaller pieces and place in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is broken into small, rice-sized pieces.
- Heat a large skillet, with a lid, over medium-low heat. Add the olive oil followed by the cauliflower, turmeric blend, dried parsley, and salt. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally until the cauliflower is cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff, and serve.
- No food processor? Use a box grater and grate the cauliflower into small pieces.
