Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Organic Turmeric Twist Sweet Blend
- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 5 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt, if needed
Directions
- In a food processor, add chopped dates, almonds, almond butter, coconut flakes, turmeric blend, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and lemon zest, then pulse until combined. If mixture is too dry, add remaining tablespoon of lemon juice. Taste and add a pinch of salt as needed.
- Shape dough into golf-ball-sized balls. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
