Directions

  1. Rub rosemary and thyme between palms into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  2. Rub onto outside of meat before cooking.
 
NOTES
  1. The longer you leave the dry rub on, the stronger the flavor; if you like, rub into meat an hour or so before cooking and then refrigerate the meat.
