  1. Preheat 6-quart air fryer to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with water until well mixed.
  3. On a large plate, spread out panko crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle each tilapia filet with 1/4 teaspoon Salt and Vinegar Wing Seasoning.
  5. Dip each fillet in egg-water mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Coat or spray air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  7. Place tilapia in basket and cook for 7 minutes, until fish is opaque. Serve.
 
NOTE
  1. Great served with air-fried potatoes for a fun play on fish and chips!
