Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets, thawed and rinsed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 1/4 cups panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free panko crumbs are available, if needed)
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-opĀ® Salt and Vinegar Wing Seasoning, divided
Directions
- Preheat 6-quart air fryer to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with water until well mixed.
- On a large plate, spread out panko crumbs.
- Sprinkle each tilapia filet with 1/4 teaspoon Salt and Vinegar Wing Seasoning.
- Dip each fillet in egg-water mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Coat or spray air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Place tilapia in basket and cook for 7 minutes, until fish is opaque. Serve.
- Great served with air-fried potatoes for a fun play on fish and chips!
