Make this dry rub wings recipe for juicy, crispy wings with smoky maple flavor and a nice kick of heat. The homemade Avocado Ranch Dressing is a great, cooling complement, and it’s all ready in 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚ and place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  2. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. In a sealable bag or other container, combine flour and dry rub, mixing thoroughly. Add wings, seal and shake container until wings are completely coated.
  3. Arrange wings on baking sheet and spray with oil cooking spray.
  4. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until wings are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165˚.
  5. Meanwhile, make the dressing: Add all ranch ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Remove wings from oven and serve with Avocado Ranch Dressing.
