- Zesty Ranch Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Zesty Ranch Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions
- Make the wet-battered shrimp: In a 1- quart (or larger) bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise and Zesty Ranch Seasoning, making a paste. Toss shrimp in batter.
- Make the dry batter: In a separate 1-quart (or larger) bowl, combine breadcrumbs, flour and Zesty Ranch Seasoning.
- Dredge each wet-battered shrimp into dry batter mixture, ensuring all sides of each shrimp get coated.
- In air fryer basket, place breaded shrimp in a single layer. Cook at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, turning shrimp halfway through.
- Slice open hoagie buns and coat insides with favorite sauce. Add lettuce, breaded shrimp, tomatoes and another dollop of chosen sauce, and serve.
- To make the Remoulade or Zesty Ranch Sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
