FT Turmeric Root Ground Org -

FT Ceylon Cinnamon Grd Org -

Ginger root ground organic -
1/8 teaspoon
Pepper black fine grind org -
1/8 teaspoon
Red Pepper (Cayenne) grd org -
1/4 teaspoon
Organic Vanilla Extract 2oz. -

Star Anise select whole -
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon honey
Directions
1. Heat milk in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on high or on stovetop until it reaches a boil.
2. Pour heated milk into a blender and add honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cayenne and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 10 seconds, then on low for 5 seconds.
3. Pour into a mug and garnish with 1 star anise and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy immediately.
