1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Turmeric Root

1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ceylon Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ginger Root

1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Black Pepper

1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Cayenne Chili Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Vanilla Extract

1 Frontier Co-op Star Anise
Directions
1. Heat milk in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on high or on stovetop until it reaches a boil.
2. Pour heated milk into a blender and add honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cayenne and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 10 seconds, then on low for 5 seconds.
3. Pour into a mug and garnish with 1 star anise and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy immediately.
