- Start with a good base
- Add 1 cup Frontier Co-op® Broth Powder to 8 cups boiling water
- Keep it simple—with Frontier Co-op® Deluxe Vegetable Soup Blend
- Add 3 cups to broth and simmer 1-2 minutes until tender
- Boost the flavor—with Frontier Co-op® Organic Grilling Seasonings
- For chicken-based soups: Poultry, Vegetable and Chicken Grilling Seasonings
- For beef-based soups: Steak and Vegetable Grilling Seasonings
- Start with 1 tablespoon of grilling seasoning and add more to taste

- Chef Liz suggests: 2 cups water with 1½ cups chickpea flour or cornstarch

- ½ onion, diced
- ½ cup corn

- 1 tablespoon Mexican Fiesta Seasoning
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
