Orange Ras El Hanout Muffins

Ingredients
1 2/3 cups flour
1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Baking Powder
1/4 cup Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Ras el Hanout Seasoning
1 1/3 cups milk
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon Frontiner Orange Flavor
1  egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pan (12 count).
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine liquid ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
3. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Chef Suggestions
For a more robust flavor, add an additional 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Ras el Hanout Seasoning.

Stir in 1/2 cup chopped mandarin oranges.
