1/3 cup Organic Valley Butter
2 teaspoons Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Organic Valley Egg Whites
, beaten (pasteurized)
In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the butter and vanilla. Slowly add in the powdered sugar. Mix until creamy.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy and bubbly. Add to butter mixture and beat until creamy, usually 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high speed. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until use.
Place frosting in plastic sandwich or freezer bag, snip off corner and squeeze to frost desserts and pastries.
(For a thinner glaze, knead while in bag to warm.)
Use other flavor extracts of your choice.
Color with natural food colorings.
