4 fluid ounces water

1 fluid ounce raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

8 fluid ounces sparkling water

1-pint canning jar with tight-fitting lid
Directions
1. Add 4 fluid ounces water, vinegar, sweetener and ginger granules to canning jar. Close lid and shake until sweetener is integrated; let sit for a few hours or overnight at room temperature.
2. When ready to drink, add an additional 8 fluid ounces of any combination of water, sparkling water and ice; stir gently if needed.
