  • 1/2  cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)

  • 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Chia Seed

  • 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ceylon Cinnamon

  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoons Frontier Co-op Turmeric

  • 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Nutmeg

  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk (or any non-dairy milk)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Vanilla Extract

    1. In a two cup glass storage jar, whisk together the dry ingredients (oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric and nutmeg) until well combined.

    2. Add the wet ingredients (cashew milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract) and whisk until well combined.

    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of two hours.

    4. In the morning, stir to combine. If the oat mixture is too thick, add a splash of cashew milk and stir to combine.

    5. Taste and add more maple syrup for additional sweetness if desired.

    6. Garnish with apple slices and a sprinkle of both chia seeds and cinnamon. Enjoy straight out of the refrigerator cold.
