Start your morning off right with this simple smoothie. Kale powder, spirulina powder and fresh fruit give it a powerful nutritional punch.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Organic Kale Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Organic Spirulina Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Organic Wheatgrass Powder

  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk

  • 2 cups frozen peaches

  • Mint for garnish

Directions

    1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth.
    2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
